Our Workflow
We manage medical assistance previously authorized by the Travel Assistance Company. Our role consists of identifying the appropriate medical network based on the patient's condition and coordinating the corresponding care, either through a letter of guarantee or direct payment. We also establish contact with the patient to provide necessary information and resolve any doubts... we coordinate directly with the medical provider, managing both the appointment and the procedures associated with the guarantee and payment.
