I received a medical bill for a service coordinated by Innova Doctors.
During the registration process, medical centers collect the patient’s personal information, including their local address. According to the billing policies of these facilities, invoices are sent directly to that address.
For this reason, we ask you to send us a clear photo of all documents received (both front and back). This allows us to perform the necessary verification and confirm the coverage provided by your Travel Assistance Company. We recommend sending this documentation as soon as possible, as many documents have strict due dates that must be met.
Requesting authorization for follow-up medical tests.
If follow-up tests were ordered at the end of your medical consultation, please send us the medical order as soon as possible. This will allow us to immediately manage the authorization request with your Travel Assistance Company and coordinate the tests if they are covered.
If you did not receive the documentation, we will contact the medical center directly to obtain it and proceed. Once we receive a response from the insurance company, we will inform you of the next steps.
I need a new medical assistance.
If you have already received care through our service but later require a new evaluation or medical attention, please contact your Travel Assistance Company directly. Only the assistance company is authorized to evaluate your request and issue a new assistance order, which allows us to manage the next medical service.
